Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based upon the total weight of your item.
When placing your order, you will be given the option of which delivery service you prefer. Customers within the UK should select "UK - Standard Delivery".
Customers from countries other than the UK should select whichever service they prefer from the Rapid Service or Standard Delivery (details below).
UK - Standard Delivery
Items should be with you within 3 to 5 days of posting (In most cases within 3 days)
Rest of the World - Rapid Service
Aims to deliver to European destinations within three working days of posting, and worldwide within five.
Rest of the World - Standard Delivery
Delivery times are likely to be:
- Western Europe: Up to 2 weeks from date of posting
- Eastern Europe: Up to 5 weeks
- North America: Up to 6 weeks
- South America, Africa and Asia: Up to 8 weeks
- Australasia: Up to 12 weeks.
"Collect Item Myself" Service
Live nearby and want to cut out delivery costs? Why not come and collect the item yourself?
Follow these simple steps:
1. Purchase your item online and choose option "Collect Item Myself" (Delivery cost will be zero)
2. You will be sent an e-mail to confirm that your order has been processed and is ready for collection.
3. Come and collect your item from WLSIS office at collection time (details below).
